-wooosh!- update update! :D well you must be wondering why im ultra high at this time of the night :/ well, the past few days have been super nice mann, thanks to smexy no.1! :) okayokay shall talk bout' that later on. Okay so today had to go to botanic gardens for training track peeps, well honestly the route's super precarious.. i don't know if that's the correct word. OHwell anyways mr low asked us to guide them instead of really run like wth! well thats the reason why all the mosquitoes had a ball of a time when i took off my track pants :( it was red ants on sunday and now, mosquito! argh..once that was all done and over with, went to cool down with everyone else and squeezed in some sprint intervals :) very very pleased with the sprinting..hehe training has WORKED!

after that headed to Island Creamery for ice-cream, super nice mann the ice cream there, well mine had rum in it! well theres always a first for everything right :)

so yea back to smexy no.1 :) well we've been msging alot these past few days and yes like i said its been super nice..yesyes we and our magic carpet. Well how i wish that really happened. Sorry people if you guys can't decipher what im saying :p anyways we're going out on Friday nd its going to be her first time she's going out with a guy :) hopefully you don't go all shy on me okay! :) im tried :( ohno Bridget's going to girls home..tsktsk
