Puilyn you better be reading this post!! no luh joking only :) anyways greeting to all life forms out there that are reading this post nd have been patronizing this blog! =D okay so anyways these past few days have been taking to "ms puilyn" nd hearing her out bout' her CONCERNS xD hahahs well all that i can say is that you WILL get over that BIRD! nd you be happier than EVER yah! besides you deserve better :) connie nd myself are always there to help you out nd catch you if you do fall! SPEAKING OF STRONG..went to gymgym today :D finally mann, after 1 week of not working out the sensation of pumping was AWESOME mann :) well govind if you're reading this i hope you have been going regularly ah ;) so anyways was supposed to meet zhi min at gymgym so we could PUMP nd we did :)
today: shoulder,biceps,chest (wooo)
well didn't see zhi mins SUPER-fit hardcore gal there..sadddening but at least the workout that was fantastic supplemented for it :) i hope i can bring myself to go again tomorrow :)
met yan feng in the midst of workout aswell, mann he's one hell of a PERV xD what home-made PROTEIN shake.. :/ sick x( anyways PUMPPUMPPUMP! =DDD

okay so besides that was supposed to go for training today :) the main reason why i go is for the track people mann, try keep their spirits up :D cass sent me a comment on friendster that REALLY made me want to go again nd as i was going to Connie messaged saying training was canceled :( like haii..BUT why didn't Mr low ask me to take training? that i will never know i guess..but now you guys know (track peeeps!), if i do come it's cos of YOU guys :)
