WHEEE!!! im soso happy that my protein powder came this morning =D not bad mann the delivery people, they can just in time! was given the alloted slot from 9am to 12pm, darn was so agonizing mann the waiting time :( BUT, it was all worth it!!! hahahas! happyhappyhappy! ordered the super shaker bottle too nd total came up to $92.80..quite ex luh but wth! =DD now i can go gym gym nd have better protein after trainings..hehehs yan feng im going to make my muscles grow more now! muahaha! no luh joking dude :)

mr low called me up nd asked me if i was going for training..my answer was like, "haha okay can", well connie you know what im feeling right now so you'll understand :D so mr low asked me to take training on monday, take the trackers for STAIRS training xD well i must admit being around the track nd field people is very fun sometimes, but not so much when you have to tell them what to do cos' they are not very serious nd don't seem to know when to show more enthusiasm..BUT im still glad that you guys are enthu most of the time ya! better than nothing =))) so during training, i did notice that connie was missing :( but i dismissed any lingering thoughts that there was something else more serious to her being absent like classes? besides sec 3 onwards, life's going to be like that :( suddenly she turned up nd said she needed to talk to me nd when we spoke it seemed we both had the same probs..so peculiar right? plusplus when we msgd we msg at the same time! plusplus bout our CCA past which was samesame =D cool mann..anyways remember our pact kay connie! :D everythings going to look up nd dawn is peering over the horizon, a new day a new beginning is imminent =) chey i don't know where that came from...but sounds style, going to make it quote of the day :)
so tomorrows going to be the first gymgym day when ill have my 100% whey protein powder with me after training!!!! wh0oh0o! deciding still if i want to go for track training..most probably i will cos they are going to run LONG distance!! -punches air!- BUT..hai connie not going again cos' got some science elements thingy..no worries girl! i understand nd if its a competition do me proud yah :D i got a silver last year! =DD jia you! nd shuhui must link me hor! =D hahas!
