YES! ive managed to drag myself to the com to blog! =DDD no luh its not that bad as i described :) SO TODAY went to gymgym! nd SHE was there again! :DDDD yes! aiye buden wanting to like her is SO wrong xD i don't even know how OLD she is =& PLUS she's kina hot so shes out of my league..anywayyyys...did the USUAL stuff BUT this time round i upped the weights especially for the biceps =D 10KG each side! total 20 kg! pump the weights!! wh0o0oh0o0o! so when i was doing the weights i decided that i should incorporate some resistance training for my legs too! bloody suhaidah thinks i have chicken legs..seeshh its called LEAN 'missy' so going to go gym AGAIN tomorrow!! nd after that have some track training :DD we'll see maybe ill do track first =D so after gym went to play street soccer!! wei xiong,alvin,brian,jason,kain boon,big-buttock guy nd devil dead were there so had 4 on 4..wah damn hot mann to day..the sun beating down on my already-weakened body..the pungent taste of sodium chloride filled my mouth nd my hair dried up like DEAD hay you'd find in a horses stable xD HA! trying to be long winded again! xD cannot make it.

ohwell im going to conclude my post for today nd go nd flaunt my time away by erm talking to hazirah :D she's having some problems nd im going to help her with some of her subjects! yes! can can =DDDDD hehehehehes GYMGYM tomorrow happy happy happyy!!!! :DDDDD
