why..
w0o0o0oshhh!!!IM back!..mann.was so tired the past few days with training nd stuff so finally im going to post something now =) so yea went to gymgym in the morning as usual =D nd it was pretty much the same thing luh except for i saw govind! yes! govind at the gym! never knew he went to gym t0o..anyways.he wants to put on some muscle so came over nd made friends the body builder a.k.a the care-taker of the gym to teach him how to pump those weights!!! wh0o0o! mann..love that sensation of pumpin weights =D aaaanyways that was that nd i managed to put on 5lbs more of weight with same reps for the shoulder press..good progress =) come on!!! muscle GROW!! =D theres another day of gymgym..
nd YES! aiye..not going to go out with MT, SC, nd niki.=( cos' niki injured herself pretty bad =( better take care dah if you're reading this! orslse ill ask mrs samuel to put braces all in UNDESIRABLE places of the body! xD yan zhen is back from brisbane today nd she wants a chocolate cake! omg! i haven't even started..well..i suppose i can get one from prima deli ;)
eheh just kidding..no worries ZY ill bake you one sooner rather than later =D
